Our approach
We collect only the information needed to assess and respond to a domain purchase enquiry or general contact message. We use it only to handle the request, protect the service, and keep an appropriate record. We do not add people to marketing lists.
Information we collect
Your email address, optional name, selected topic or initial offer, message, any domain you enter, and limited security records derived from the request. Network identifiers are hashed for abuse prevention rather than retained in plain form.
Why we use it
To verify your contact address, respond to your requested enquiry, maintain an enquiry record, and prevent fraud or misuse. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated direct marketing.
Sharing and storage
Information is processed by the services that host this site and deliver verification and enquiry email. Once an address is verified, the enquiry is forwarded to the relevant recipient with the verified address available for a direct reply. Any later email conversation takes place outside DomainRobot and is handled by the participants and their email providers. Information is shared further only when needed for a transaction, legal compliance, or security.
Retention and your choices
Unverified enquiries are deleted within 24 hours after their verification link expires. Verified enquiries and their initial messages are retained for no longer than 24 months. To request earlier access, correction, deletion, or to object, use our contact form.
