Before you enquire
Submitting an enquiry starts a private discussion. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, does not reserve the domain, and creates no obligation for either side. The points below explain the basis on which enquiries are handled.
No commitment
The owner may accept, decline, or not respond to an enquiry. A sale exists only after both parties sign or otherwise clearly accept a separate written agreement.
Transfer and payment
Any agreed transaction should use a reputable escrow or marketplace service. Fees, taxes, transfer timing, and registrar requirements will be agreed before payment.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, threatening, automated, or abusive content. Enquiries may be rate-limited, rejected, or retained as evidence where reasonably necessary to protect the service.
Independence
A domain sale page does not imply affiliation with any previous registrant, business, trademark owner, or historical use of the name.
